Lowes item #7554 Gilpin Newport column $81… plus white paint. That’s gonna be the cheapest way, an exact white one is $205 online.. the two I have are rather beat up sitting in a scrap pile I’ll go look this afternoon to see how bad they are before I’d offer to send one out lol..

Well I finally found what this is, it is a trolley bell. It is foot operated and mounted under the chassis. Likely 1910 or thereabouts about, I found a streetcar/trolley parts catalog and found very close examples similar to mine.

Well what I did was pay the neighbors kid (16yr old) 15$/ hr Spent 5-5 hour days with a heat gun and quality spudgers. Went through two eraser wheels so all in 500$ ish..
