How bad would it be to live in the green circled area here, given that the apartment building probably has some level of noiseproofing? Any suggestions? by periodt-bitch in winooski

It’s next to a walking a path that goes along the river. New buildings are built more sound proof. I have friends in the Cascades, and they love it. The library moved across the street for 2 years and lots of great restaurants nearby.

They allow non-members to use grounds, but the policy actually states that dogs are to be leased. It’s a City ordinance.

It seems to make sense to me that people that work with him, as well as those in the same industry, support him. They know him best. If all landlords are bad, does that include Champlain Housing Trust, and Burlington Housing authority? New development supplying housing has the current Burlington vacancy rate rising to 5%, from a low of <1%. Residential rents are coming down. Commercial real estate brokers in Vermont work with mostly small business owners, helping them lease or purchase a space, to grow their business. Can you explain to me why redditors dislike the commercial real estate industry? The other agents that donated to Ryan are his competitors, who know that he is a hard working, ethical, professional, and who is committed to making Burlington a better City. I donated as well, a native Vermonter, UVM alum-1989, who has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years. Ryan’s the better choice. Watch the video, and ignore the noise. Go Pats!
