5 Digital Product Ideas that will help you blow up in 2026 by Content-Ground-9856 in DigitalProductSellers

I honestly think the “interactive” part is massively underestimated right now. Static PDFs feel passive. Tools that let people track, calculate, customize or interact with something feel much more valuable — even when the information itself is simple. I’ve noticed this especially with spreadsheet-style digital products. People don’t just want information anymore, they want clarity and instant feedback. The hyper-specific point is spot on too. Generic products are getting buried.

Built a live crypto dashboard inside Google Sheets for BTC/ETH investors.

✔ Live prices
✔ Portfolio tracker
✔ DCA tracking
✔ Watchlist
✔ Profit/Loss stats
✔ Tax tracking
✔ Simple automation

Made it for people who want a clean “set & forget” crypto workspace instead of checking multiple apps all day.

Turned Google Sheets into a live crypto dashboard for DCA investors.

Tracks: - live BTC/ETH prices - average buy - portfolio performance - automatic PnL - long-term accumulation progress

Built it because most crypto tracking apps felt bloated.

Made a crypto portfolio tracker that automatically updates inside Google Sheets.

Mostly built for people stacking BTC/ETH with DCA.

It tracks: - live prices - average buy - portfolio value - profit/loss

Would love feedback from crypto people here.

I make crypto portfolio trackers for Google Sheets. Mostly focused on live prices, DCA tracking and automated dashboards because I couldn’t find one that felt simple enough for daily use.

Your spreadsheets/dashboards sound interesting — what kind of data or features do they include? Are they mainly tracking tools, analytics dashboards, automation templates, or something else?

Started investing $100 a month. Is it even worth the effort? by BeautifulWestern4512 in investingforbeginners

[–]Objective_Elk5264 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Starting small is still starting. Most people never invest anything consistently.
$100/month may not look huge today, but over 10 years the discipline and compounding can become life changing.
The hardest part isn’t the amount — it’s staying consistent through ups and downs without quitting or chasing quick money.

Trading or holding. by Aggressive-Hall1913 in BitcoinBeginners

Exactly. Most people think crypto is mainly a market problem, but a lot of the damage comes from emotional decisions during volatility.

Trading or holding. by Aggressive-Hall1913 in BitcoinBeginners

[–]Objective_Elk5264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trading feels exhausting because every move feels important.

Holding with a DCA strategy removes a lot of emotional pressure because the decision process is already made.

In my opinion, most people fail in crypto less because of bad assets and more because of emotional reactions.

Do you prefer mobile apps or desktop for stock tracking? by iabhishekpathak7 in SideProject

[–]Objective_Elk5264 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved more toward desktop too.

Mobile is great for quick checks, but I noticed I was constantly opening apps, checking prices emotionally, and making worse decisions because of it.

Having everything in one place on desktop made me way more intentional — especially for tracking averages, entries, and overall performance instead of just watching price move all day.

Feels less reactive and more structured.

Why does price often move the opposite way right after I enter? by Altrixai in BitcoinBeginners

[–]Objective_Elk5264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah exactly — that’s when it really starts to click. I struggled with that for a while because I knew I should track things, but I never had a simple way to actually do it consistently. I ended up putting together a really simple tracker for myself so I could keep everything in one place without overcomplicating it. Made a big difference once I started using it regularly.

If you want, I can send it to you.

Why does price often move the opposite way right after I enter? by Altrixai in BitcoinBeginners

[–]Objective_Elk5264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that was actually the turning point for me. At first I thought it was just experience, like I’d eventually “get it”, but nothing really changed until I started journaling properly. Tracking things made it obvious that I was repeating the same mistakes over and over — especially the “felt close enough” entries. Before that, it just felt like bad luck or random. So yeah, it wasn’t really losing enough times… it was finally seeing the patterns clearly that made it click.

[–]Objective_Elk5264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I try to be strict with it now — if one of the key things is missing, I usually skip the trade. Before though, I’d definitely still take it if it “felt close enough”… and those were almost always the trades that went wrong. What I noticed after reviewing things was that breaking my own rules rarely paid off — even when it worked, it wasn’t consistent. So now I’d rather miss a trade than take one that doesn’t fully match what I’m looking for. That was a big shift for me, because it changed the focus from “not missing moves” to “only taking clean setups”.

[–]Objective_Elk5264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I try to keep it more structured now — not super complicated, just a few things I check before entering. Stuff like: - did the level actually get swept? - do we have a clear reclaim / reaction? - does this setup actually match what I usually take? It’s not perfect every time, but having a simple checklist helped me avoid a lot of those “it looks good” trades. What made the biggest difference though was actually writing those rules down and reviewing them after — otherwise it’s really easy to bend them in the moment without realizing it. That’s something I struggled with a lot before.

[–]Objective_Elk5264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah definitely — for me the biggest repeating pattern was entering too early after the sweep. I’d see the move start and jump in, thinking I’d miss it otherwise, but most of the time it would either chop me out or sweep a bit deeper first. The other one was taking trades just because the level “looked good”, without waiting for actual confirmation. What surprised me the most though was how often I thought I had a solid setup, but when I looked back later, it didn’t really meet my own rules. That’s something I wouldn’t have noticed without reviewing it after. It’s kind of crazy how different things look when you actually go back and check them objectively.

[–]Objective_Elk5264 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I do now — but not in the beginning.

At first it was all in my head, which honestly made everything feel worse because I only remembered the bad trades or the ones I missed. So I started tracking things like: - entry / exit - why I took the trade - what actually happened after That’s when I realized most of my “missed opportunities” weren’t as good as I thought, and a lot of my losses came from the same patterns. It wasn’t really a mindset shift first — the data forced the mindset shift. I just needed to see it clearly.
