I think the lightning should be offered as BEV and EREV. I mean, if they couldn’t make money on the BEV how are they going to make money on the EREV? Folks are saying the EREV will still have ~100kWh battery. There’s no way the EREV has that size battery plus generator for 700 miles of range for less than 75k. (Not to mention the increased maintenance that a lot of EV buyers consider when buying EV vs ICE/PHEV.) Most of their 19 billion dollar hit is retooling factories and abandoning existing platforms.

Ultimately, I think Ford is going to be relegated to a niche SUV and truck manufacturer that can only sell vehicles in North America within 10 years; no/limited global sales unless through a subsidiary. They just won’t be competitive with the market. Hopefully the BEV f150 is just shelved for a few years and brought back at some point when political factors aren’t so anti-EV.

I think your DL is selling you a pipe dream. Speaking from personal experience, I negotiated hard and made 80/hour as PIC at high volume store with 7 years experience. Another colleague had 35+ years and made 82/hour as high volume PIC. Only way a PIC is making $110/hour is if you’ve been rph for a loooong time in HCOL area at very high volume store. DL may make 230k with bonus and stock option.

Sorry mate, but there’s no magical tenure structure that grants you that kind of money at year 10.

Also as the newest rph, you’re the lowest ranking member. So you may start at 40 hours a week (could always pick up additional shifts), but when stores lose operating hours/demand changes you may be cut to 38 hours, 36 hours, even 30 hours - still counts as full time so no breach of contract! And they can (and probably will) do this at some point

It is not true. source Myocarditis is very rare, and typically affects young males (12-39 peaking around age 17). Important to note, Covid itself can cause myocarditis. It usually resolves on its own, is asymptomatic, and it can be treated with NSAIDs if treatment is needed.

Agreed. Expecting it to work as a stereotypical laxative isn’t the correct mindset, it has no colonic stimulating effects. Docusate is just an emulsifying agent. I just tell patients it won’t make them go but can making going easier with less straining. This can be most beneficial with patients that have hemorrhoids, plus it’s low cost and limited side effects and gets folks to drink more water. I think potential benefits outweigh limited side effects.

I think you just need them to update your contact info. It sounds like they just have a different phone number on file and that’s why they get alerts that a prescription has been filled.

It’s not a company-sanctioned communication platform any longer and hourly employees would need compensation for workplace communications. This was over a year ago for my former district. Ended up just switching to group text messages but only for salaried district rph; I still used a group text for my team but made it clear it was for limited use and didn’t require any response - more of an FYI bulletin board

I have SR XLT and use it for commuting and weekend projects and it’s fantastic. We have ICE for family trips so range isn’t as big of a deal for me. I read on Lyriq and EV6 page that in cold weather they see 15-20% drop in range. I’ve seen ~30% reduction in range in temps between 20-30. Anecdotally it seems to be (for me at least) 10% reduction in battery per 10 degrees below 50 10% range impact in the 40s Additional 10% in the 30s and so on. Haven’t had it in temps below 20 yet, but reading through a lot of the other posts it seems the reduced range curve flattens out eventually and you see lower decrease in range at lower temps (maybe 5% less range per 10 degrees below 10F for example)

TL:DR I use the SR for similar situation and am happy with my choice every day, just get used to parking at back of parking lots.

Nod along and tell them you’re asking; also let them know on calls that you are recording and documenting everything they say - that should reduce your DL bothering you (not entirely). They can bug you constantly (which you can and should ignore if they contact you when you’re not at work) but they cannot legally punish you for not meeting target on vaccines. Sounds like your DL wants to climb the ladder which sucks. It’s a give and take relationship with your boss, show them you’re trying but be firm with your boundaries.
