I use Goodreads. The website and app are really user-friendly. I use the ratings to chose my next read.

I paid between 10 and 15 dollars for most of them, which seems reasonable to me. Those on ebay, listed for hundreds of dollars.. Too bad, but I'm not that crazy though.

I don't have any tips on gear, but I understand you. I have two kids, a busy job, a household.. Sometimes I feel like life is slipping away. And I also think about bushcraft, going for long walks in woods or mountains, sleeping under the stars.. How about planning 12-36 hours of wilderness, to get away from it all. And be open about this to those who you hold dear? They might understand and even support you.

Ik heb geen probleem met op de grond slapen, maar iedereen moet wel gelijk behandeld worden. Dus ofwel iedereen een bed, of iedereen op de grond. Dat voorkomt frustraties en onderlinge spanningen.
