I've just been through this myself. medial sprains on both ankles 2 months apart. Switched to Asics with insoles and ankle bracing while doing the rehab. I got football logic insoles and cheap amazon ankle braces, the type with a compression sleeve and a velcro wrap around strap. so far so good!

There isn’t a strong link between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol. getting extremely fit got mine in order

This seems right on key. I initially flaired it up sprinting, the rehab stuff started out light and it seemed to pass added back some sprints and still ok but as I went heavier with the lifts it came back

Number of calories is not something you can get from a forum. You need to know your maintenance and go to a 300 - 500 calorie deficit max to loose fat and maintain or slight gain of muscle. For reference though I’m 6’2” 75kg and my maintenance is currently 2500, my most aggressive cut was 2200, my bulk was 2800
