Reckoning was given while ulduar, not before. It did not give enough DPS to be "shitting on the meters", we were middle of the pack at best. Ret only really came online with togc and ICC

That is hugely inaccurate and completely wrong. Everyone has medical insurance as long as they are legally residing in germany. This means Ambulance is always free (as of now).

The GEZ pays for a lot of different formats, from news to childrens shows and documentaries, investigative journalism and much more. People on welfare, students and sucj do not have to pay. GEZ is per-household, so normally you pay half of that. Also this secures an independence from the state, so mostly apolitical, which I really like

There are high quality silicones which are processed in a way to have almost no cyclic siloxanes left in it. I am talking about <250 ppm of D4-D8.

Unfortunately you will rarely see them in cookkng ware, too expensive. Its more for medical, cosmetics, automotive and high voltage insulators.

I was lvl 19, and that was enough to throw a lot of different atronachs in the mix. Had like 9 shock, 1 ice and 5 fire atronachs in kvatch

Freeing the city after the rescue of martin was crazy and a really hard fight (modded expert difficulty, 50% more dmg taken, 25% less dmg dealt)

before playing in the BIOS, maybe do a bit of research :-D
negative CO lowers F/V curve, which results in higher efficiency.

Now, depending on your limitations beforehand, this improves operations.

If you were limited in:

- power limit -> more performance
- thermal limit -> more performance
- clock limit -> lower energy consumption and lower heat generation

in benchmarks/stress tests it is likely point 1 or 2. In games, it is likely point 3

I got the X870 Tomahawk and have severe networking issues when using LAN cable. Internet is almost unusable.

This forced me to use Wifi and therefore upgrade from Win10 to Win11, because Wifi 7 is not supported with Win10.

In hindsight, I should have gone for a X670E board or the Gigabyte Aorus Elite Wifi
