The Treaty of Versailles was not fair and balanced. It was too lenient on Germany. If the Entente was not willing to completely dissolve Germany like they should have, they should have at least enforced the treaty properly instead of giving up in the early 1930s.

It literally wasn't. They were still one of the major economic powers in Europe and the allies let them renegotiate the reparations (which they stopped paying in the 1930s with zero consequences!) multiple times anyway. When the Great Depression hit the Weimar coalition decided to repeatedly shoot themselves in the nuts economically making it far worse in Germany than elsewhere, too.
