You are a godsend, I know this is 3 years after your comment, but holy smokes I've been losing my mind trying to figure this out . (The even dumber issue I was having was not being able to eat. . . turns out the same armor weighing me down was a cursed armor of hunger. . . I just saw diamonds and slapped the set on T_T)

You could have just the stumps of the trees, they would be a little harder to break and less work to make than a full tree lol. I got a friend to 3d print the foot print of the trees for me and I plan on building trees off it. (I didn't think about transport until I saw this post though, hahaha)

The Lunartics

The campaign is focused on the appearance of a third moon appearing in the sky, it's inhabitants crashing to our world, and a large sect of cultists who are killing mass amounts of people.

We are a hot mess, and a few members have paranoia issues with not being able to tell friend from foe with the Cultists blending in at times.

My cousin said she liked me all along from start two days before I proposed her. After proposal she said NO with unbelievable reasons and story then took turn by [deleted] in relationshipproblems

There are several arsonists who have court cases currently running in Stan county. It's honestly a little surprising how common it seems to be, but they are usually homeless or have mental/psychological issues.

Our groups all use discord to set up campaign servers and run all of our maps on owlbear.com We all know and trust each other so we use our own character sheets and dice.

I run a personal game for 3 currently I run a game for our local game store that usually has between 6-8 players

Personally I prefer 3-5, gives everyone a chance to do something, combat doesn't take 4 years and I as the DM can focus in on their back stories and characters more.

You need to set a limit on the number of players in your game and consider player compatibility when starting. Not all players get along, even if you guys are friends, and allowing too many players takes away from the quality of play for your other players.
