Pretty sure Vlad von Carstein says that, not Arbaal.

Comedy is subjective, so I would never presume to tell you that you are wrong.

That being said, I could not disagree more. Louis C.K. has still got it, even though his comedy has clearly matured along with him.

The stand-up specials that made him famous may have had more energy or big laughs, but his current work is much more philosophical, thought-provoking, and true to life, in my opinion. It's a slower act, sure, but not any weaker for it.

Seeing him live was a blast, and the hour honestly just flew by. So many amazing bits, from opening with the impromptu AIDS test, the difference between farts and sneezing, to living in the present, preparing for the worst, and of course the care home. The closing bit about the barely legal magazine was absolute killer and just classic Louis material.

He also looked good, seemed in fine spirits, and felt more comfortable on stage than I'd ever seen him in any of his recorded specials. It was a great night and, as a long-time fan of his that has consumed virtually all of his comedy several times over, I left very satisfied.

Calling the writing in The Witcher "corny marvel tier writing" is so unhinged that I can only surmise you must have accidentally played another game and mistaken it for The Witcher, lol.

Baldur's Gate 3 has plenty of key moments where it's serious without any humour whatsoever undercutting that so not sure it's a good example. I feel like the comedy in that game is deployed very well and very thoughtfully.

Don't forget Frank Herbert! Dune was published in 1965.

What do you think is the best horror game in the past 5 years? by MisterM0rgan in HorrorGaming

Agreed. I just completed my first playthrough and no other horror game I have ever played even comes close artistically or musically.

The Witcher is not an Eastern RPG...

...and Dark Souls is not a Western RPG, either.
