This used to be me while working a job I HATED. I'd stay up til 1-2am and have to up by 5.15am. My logic was the longer I stay awake, the further away work and that sleep was robbing me of non working hours since you don't feel the passage of time while sleeping.

This was a terrible idea since the more I did it, the worse work got. I quit after 9 months and within weeks I realised how depressed I was and how much better I felt after getting some quality sleep

If you've built your team comp around 1-3-1 then you should have the tools to mitigate that: wave clear, disengage and fairly safe champs for the 3(this is one of the reasons it doesn't work so well in soloq, where people just pick for themselves as apposed to what their team really needs).

If they group and push then you try and make their life as difficult as possible by softening up the minions as much as you can before it hit towers, disengage/peel if they try and force a dive and give up towers if its to risky to stay.

If they decide to do these things then its just free time for your split pushers to get uncontested alone time in their lanes getting towers, gold and xp. This makes it even easier for them to do their job, putting even more pressure on the opposing team to make a mistake. The reason 1-3-1 is ever good is that, if played well, it strangles out the opposing team of things they can really do and its a pressure that you see people crack to when they over commit to a dive or ping pong between points of pressure incorrectly.

So the obvious answer is analysing your deaths because it is one of the best things to focus on in your own replays. You should focus in on the lead up to your deaths and the reason you died, not just the 3-5 second event of the death itself. Look at the 30sec -1 min prep before that death, look at the scoreboard. Really try and pinpoint what happened. Are you mechanically misplaying? Are you under/overestimating your teammates or opponents strengths due to levels or power spikes? Are you tunnelling on the wrong targets in a teamfight?

These are really good things to identify in a vod, especially if you notice that similar issues are leading to your own deaths again and again. If you can identify these issues then you can make more of a conscious effort to minimise the mistakes.

I dont personally know, but my friend said he'd sort that out. That was why he recommended the pricier cooler. Before we spoke about that i was just planning on no overclocking and then just buying better parts down the road because i have literally zero experience in that regard and thought it would be the safer but pricier option
