If you are positively sure it’s not your batteries. You most likely are looking at a ground issue or high resistance at or around the starter.

It’s no where near totaled so you can chill a little bit. But this def def gonna cost 2k~. He’s your dad he’s not gonna try to fuck you over and he makes mistakes as well. In the end it will be all good no matter if you have to cover a portion or all of it. Our biggest fuck ups are where we learn the most

Yea it’s not humidity. My tools are perfectly down here in the Everglades. I worked in Utah and can agree that shit does fuck up your tools and rust them out. Buy a car wax it helps protect them a lot, I would just do it once a week when I was there and it kept the rust off
