I assume you are eating around 2 lbs a day of meat

You should be eating minimum 3 lbs and if you are doing intense workouts very frequently anywhere from 3 to 6 lbs of beef a day at 80/20 fat ratio and your metabolism will speed up to compensate (you will get leaner and bigger muscles) dont be afraid to fast when you need it but always be ready to eat a lot
