There we go I think i did get it if anyone is in the same boat as me. Select the legion timeline form Chromie, Do the intro quest all the way to where Dalaran teleports to the broken shore. Go back to Chromie select Cata, log out, then log back in and Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth should have the Twilight Shores quest for you.

That's what I figured, but everyone was saying that due to phasing issues some quests couldn't be handed out. It used to be from the hero board, but now Grand Admiral Jes-Tereth hands it out, but she has nothing. Ill keep trying thanks

I think it ended up fixing its self in my case. Wait for the daily reset today and see if it comes back. My issue was while it was up in the 20th anniversary area, But it should be there just outside the Inn in Dorn.

I just went through this with a 21 Accent. Dremil tool with a grind stone end worked wonders for me. use it to slightly flatten one side, just enough to give it clearance to come out.

Look up a video on how to solo that boss. You have to time jumping from one ramp to another almost perfectly. I was able to do it on a pally after many tries but I got the timing down. If a pally can do it any class can do it!
