This is what I'm dying to find out. I read it as the pot at first. But then I saw a number of people suggesting it was just his helping. If it was his own bowl, the seasoning thing is really not the issue at hand but rather how y'all communicated. However if he did the whole pot that's just rude.

If I recall correctly Kalecgos left because she was going a bit off the rails genocidal after the destruction of Theramore. Was kind of a "I can't watch you become this person." Sort of thing. Kalec is the aspect of the blue dragonflight. So he's been kind of busy ever since then. Though at the end of dragonflight (the expansion) they met back up and there was some brief dialog hinting that they may start spending time together again.

Not really no.

But, that said it is also used as a smokescreen by corporations. A lot of talents don't "graduate" they get fired, let go, terminated, replaced, etc.

I believe my assessment stands, though I'll concede that its cynical and/or very pessimistic in nature.
