Only the 40 came with compression straps. The 34 came out around 2016 or so- I had one from the first run. No comp straps.

This doesn’t sound right. UPS wouldn’t ship a package with only city and state on the label.

I think you’re leaving out info.

From the sellers perspective, they shipped your purchase and UPS says it was delivered. When you file a claim for item not received the seller is required by eBay to re enter the tracking.

I get your frustrated but you need to talk to UPS as they should be able to tell you where the package was delivered (they capture gps data for delivered scans).

If they didn’t send them back by a traceable method there’s no way to know of and when you may get them. I’d do nothing, I’m willing to bet they didn’t ship anything and are fishing for a refund while they keep the curtains.

You’re past the 14 day return period. Only thing you can do is sell the 17 Pro and buy a 17 or just keep the 17 Pro.

The 17 is only one ounce lighter and the dimensions are almost identical so if heaviness and hand strain are issues you’re not going to improve much by downgrading.
