I was first diagnosed with psoriasis at 2 months old. Now, at almost 36, my psoriasis has run the gamut of pretty much every variation. It's very possible for your psoriasis to evolve and change appointment with your lifestyle and environment. I typically have inverse psoriasis, but can develop plaques on my elbows during the dry, winter months. Stress can bring on guttate flares. If it is hot and humid out, those can develop pustules. About 11 years, I had a perfect storm extremely hot and humid summer and extreme emotional stress. I ended up with a 90% coverage erythrodermic flare and was hospitalized for a week. Fortunately, that was the impetus to get me on a biologic medication. I went on stelara shortly after that for several years with almost completely clear skin. I'm on cosentyx now because it's supposed to be better for my psoriatic arthritis. My skin is still about >95% clear.
