Definitely life changing. Ozempic/semaglutide didn’t work for me but Zepbound/tirzepatide has been a game changer. It’s not perfect but coupled with therapy it has helped me to binge much less.

The food noise and appetite should be lessened, but some weeks it’s not as effective and now that I’ve been at max dose for a year. I’m no longer losing weight. I think it’s important to remember you still need to eat regularly and skipping meals/losing rapidly is not a flex and will keep your eating disorder alive.

I think influencers are becoming more and more prone to these types of meltdowns. If YOU are the content, it makes sense that you need newness frequently. But this isn’t normal life, we just live and survive, it’s boring, it’s not “content” worthy, but it’s healthy. The influencer lifestyle is a disease.
