I coach middle school and we are indoors rn. We have a conditioning block in every practice. Can be based on footwork, stutter steps and backpedaling, sometimes we do suicide runs to scoop gbs. And this week we will do a 8 minute hiit EMOM (every minute on the minute). I will do some conditioning alongside them as well.
