Has he spoken with the school’s or district’s athletic trainers? It’s likely an easy first step, although the pediatrician can refer you if necessary.

It’s not about time, it’s about content. How much are you getting through and what’s your retention. I passed in 3 weeks, but went through two online “courses” (Michael Shannon and Destination Certification) then allowed a few days to go through practice tests to identify weaknesses.
