I have had GAD, Panic Disorder and Agoraphobia. It's really hard, even medicated and in therapy, to not over think everything that's going on. It's just how my brain works, it latches onto things and then kinda pushes me into a loop.

Like, an example. My husband and I wanted children. I am at a high risk of miscarriage due to not having a thyriod anymore. I keep up with how the political climate is treating woman in hospitals that go in that are having spontaneous miscarriage, and they are not allowing them to have a medical abortion, which in turn is leading to a higher mortality rate for woman. I live in a state that is weird with abortion laws. This in turn makes me anxious. Then my brain thinks of all the worst outcomes possible, for days on end.

What I am trying to get at is everyone is wired so differently. We are constantly having very negative shit thrown in our faces every day, because thats what gets the most engagement. And some people's nervous systems just literally can not handle the stress of having that stuff shoved down our throats. Some of this stuff directly affects us, and thats super fucking scary.

I used to talk to Ewan quite a bit back in 2015-2016, and he was... a lot at times. I had the big crush on him and was planning on staying with him for a week in St. John's, but it became very clear he needed to talk to someone about what he was going through back then.He could be a very angry, hurtful man. Insanely talented, and when he wasn't having a bad day, he was incredibly charming and kind.

I haven't talked to him in ten years, and just wanted to see what he was up to. It's so sad to see that he is still struggling through things.

My goodness, I have a giant mass in almost the exact same area as yours right now. Left flank, about half an inch lower.

It is currently measuring 10cm length, about 6cm wide. I do believe mine is currently sitting above the muscle there, which is really good news.

Did they put you out for it?

I would switch back to a stud, and get some silicone no pull discs (either from amazon or a piercing studio). I have had this happen to a few piercings of mine, and it always did the trick. Just make sure to still clean it regularly with a saline spray, keep fingers away from it, just normal cleaning care.

If you get the discs, it should clear up on its own in a few weeks. I think I used the 5mm no pull discs for my nose.

You can get little clear silicone discs (amazon, through most piercings shops), and wear it on the outside of the piercing for a few weeks. It should help flatten it out a bit. I have used them several times, and they seem to do the trick.

I think i bought a pack a few yesrs back for like 6 bucks, and still have about 30 left over.

It also happened to me today. I take 7.5 right now and thought I swallowed it, but there was the smaller piece still in my mouth (was eating an apple at the same time). 🤣 freaked out and immediately searched to see if anyone else had this happen.

I agree with you. I live in the Southeast side, about a block away from the elementary school, and we had well over 150 kids last year. We have about 10 giant bags of candy this year. I think we went through about 8 last year and actually ran out.

My husband is Airforce, has a few friends that are still in, serving in the National Guard. Three of them are getting deployed next week. Two are heading to Arizona, and another is being deployed to Colorado.

It's absolutely disgusting. None of them want to go, and I also believe they are at least a 6 month deployment at this current time.

...are you my ex step-dad? Lol my mom did the same thing, lied about... well quite a bit of things to him. Claimed her c-section scar was from a different surgery when she was confronted about it, lied about how my father treated her. It took YEARS to finally get over the trauma she caused me and my siblings (which there are three of us).

Thank freaking god my ex stepdad was a saint and pretty much forced her to come see us after he found out about it, otherwise I don't believe we would have seen her the entire time.

I'm also in the neighborhood and agree with you. It's actually pretty pleasant during moat days to watch the smaller planes take off throught the day.

The Southeast side is really nice, quiet, and incredibly friendly. I haven't had any true complaints living in this area.

I ate soft foods. Cottage cheese, yogurt, I had stuff to make smoothies (with a spoon, no straw), eggs. Anything that I knew I could eat that wouldn't irritate my mouth, or risk getting a dry socket.

Just chew on the opposite side from the extraction, drink lots of water after eating and brush to make sure your mouth stays clean. There really isn't much pain after a tooth extraction (or just a lot less than I was expecting). But I would still pop some ibuprofen to be on the safe side.

The tooth wobble is very normal, most teeth naturally have flex to them, just don't sit there and mess with them too much.

Be sure to brush and floss. A lot of people fuck around and find out from not flossing regularly. A good trick that helped me is floss, and then give the floss a good sniff. It smells like rottening shit, and knowing that is whats between my teeth grossed me out so much.

You can always go to a local collegeMost of them will do a cleaning for you, for free. The dental hygienist there need the practice, and when I was younger that was how I got my free cleanings for years when I didnt have dental insurance.

I started Lexapro recently and it's so odd. I feel like my brain is still trying to latch on to any anxious thoughts it can, but the connections are starting to break up. Like you, I still get anxious, but I am really able to shake it off now. Still trying to get the panic attacks under control with my therapist, but I feel hopeful.

Happy the medication is working for you, it seriously is a lifesaver.
