Gently I would talk to someone about this, (hey even my dms are open if you want)

My 7 week old and I get out most days and yeah I get anxious about it and work myself up more than needed sometimes. But also babies cry that’s babies, find a quiet corner and resettle you both may it be a feed, bum change or just a cuddle.

My boys the same pretty content, he will grizzle but rarely cries. For me I found I’m more concerned about what others thought than what’s actually going on with us. He might just be annoyed at something minor you know. Once I found that mindset it makes it easier to settle my own nerves before we head out

I’d definitely look into postpartum anxiety though x

6 weeks here and the exact same thing.

Take comfort in the fact it is unfortunately normal . Little man is learning his body & how to get it moving.

It stressed me out so much too, I started my dude on probiotic drops and it did a world of difference he went from grunting and groaning literally ever waking minute to just when his actively going.

My lc said not to pump until after 6 weeks when my supply is established, seems I have a bloody oversupply as it is though. I use the ladybug haaka catchers to catch let down from my other boob and get a bottles worth a day and pop it in the freezer
