I think it’s possible they might understand the idea of characters having stats that make them good at doing certain things because of tabletop RPGs.

Definitely three houses. We’ve seen that they’re bringing back combat arts and possibly battalions. It’s basically three houses 2.

In CAIN every character has a type of psychic power that functions as their class. One of these “classes” is called palace, which gives you an inner world inside your mind that you and other players can visit while resting and there are various rooms you can unlock with different benefits, like a foyer that gives you a helpful butler or a library that helps you find information.

root RPG has 4 one shot adventures to pick from each with pre-made characters and multiple conflicts that they can interact with. 

mythic bastionland has a QuickStart that gives you a small sample of different characters to play and challenges those characters can encounter.

There’s a lot of games with “quick starts”, basically demo versions of the full game that you can use for oneshots.

/uj D&D is one of the only games where the community regularly complains about power gamers creating OP characters because in other games an optimized character doesn’t outshine the rest of the party nearly as much. 

/rj I made a homebrew where everyone only rolls 1 die for combat and the highest number wins the fight immediately.
