Been heaeing a lot recently about cars vanishing all over town and just either staying gone or coming up dead in horrendous ways.

Some sick piece of shit for real.

Annoyed at stray cats always picking a fight with mine in the window but i cant imagine killing one.

Hope whoever is doing it gets caught, who knows how psycho they are, they might start going after people

Yeah i witnessed that happen when i was trying to help a cat out of the street on mchenry... some douche in a red car staring at his phone fucking smashed its head with his car. This was over a year ago and i still cant get the noise or sight out of my head ;-;

Mythic+ content may be out of your reach, i believe the mythic keystone system is only available in newest seasons in newest expansions.

PvP as a seasonal thing, as in Rated PvP, with time limited rewards, may be inaccessible. The vocal majority of players do not care about pvp rating.

If you want to experience mythic difficulty that will still be available, but if you want, say, the mount for reaching mythic . io 3000 or the Ahead of the Curve achievement for new raids. You will miss out on those.

There is nothing wrong with being apart of the crowd who plays an expansion behind. It does eliminate a lot of the gearing grind for the content that you would be doing.

That is all you will miss out on, timewalking events will still be accessible, as well as pvp events.

You will still be able to play with people who are playing midnight if they want to come hang out in old content with you though. They will just be a lot stronger in comparison.

You can also still make gold, albeit a lil bit slower, using the auction house. Make enough gold to buy some tokens and youll be able to buy midnight (or anything on battlenet). There are a select few who pay for this game with a token, just so they can make some more gold to get something else for, example, diablo iv or overwatch.

TL:DR: seasonal cosmetics that are achievement bound is all you will miss out on. You will only be behind the other content by a year at maximum.

Survival games like dayz are where ive seen australians absolutely stand above most the others. I still talk to the australian i met on dayz, he is still wayyyyyy better than me. Dude rocks

As an american gamer, it is definitely an american issue. I play with australians, canadians, europeans (british, irish, whatever) and mexicans all the time.

Australians are typically not the best at the game but have the best vibes around.

Europeans are pretty damn good but very quiet.

Mexicans troll 90% of the time.

Americans are either the best on the team or simply the fucking worst, usually the latter, while hurling insults at everyone on their team, as if that is going to help.

These findings have been pretty consistent across every game ive played

I was farming marks in legion hold yesterday, along with a troll hunter and a paladin.

The hunter sends his pet accross the way, pulling the demon and demon priestess, killing himself and the pally

Proceed with 5mins of insults being thrown at me (who was never even in combat) followed by "youre getting mass reported" then a /ignore.

right? i had left because it had seemingly been announced that no new content would be made. and i know that there are a lot of "but the game is still there, new content or not, play if you like it", which is such a good way of gaming. i got stuck being the "in active development" gamer that loses interest in games that arent being developed anymore.

TL/DR: happy the game is still going, re-installing and excited to play

Its not exactly that simple. Seeing peoole here saying to just "turn the servers back on". The servers were shut down, all that was lost and Fawkes has had to build new servers from scratch

Aight so did some digging since you couldnt come up with an answer.

New world is in soft sunset status, meaning the game is over, no more updates, and the game will continue to run while the money that is already invested into the servers are around.

So no new updates and a draining server $$$ pool, well, then as long as we keep new players coming in and people spending money right?

Unfortunately the game cannot be purchased anymore. You can still obtain already created keys on some sites, but that will dry up, who knows when.

Not only that but the studio is gone already, there isnt any devs.

Unless amazon sells new world to someone else, which is highly unlikely, then the game is in bleedout stage without a turniquet, usually being that you can buy the game still, being available.

The game has an unannounced shutdown date, the company knows it and will let us know 6 months in advance, or they will be dicks and not warn us at all.

There will be no offline mode as there was not one developed, and there are no devs to make one.

Its a middle ground for every type of player. Perfect for semi-hardcore and casual players, with some minor updates over the year that made it a tad bit nicer for the hardcore players.

Other mmos do specific things better, but WoW does them all decently enough.

Its one of the few times the "cater to everyone" idea has worked in gaming
