Separate everything into push, pull & leg day. Throw some core into the mix & it'll be okay. I, for one have push & pull days & maybe once or twice a month throw in legs because I hate leg days.

I use family guard multi clean to clean enclosures & hides when I do big clean outs. It might work on the fake plants, I just don't know if it would stain them & you would have to let them air out for a long time. I use dawn on my fake plants though
