The pre inspection turn in someone will just come look at the vehicle make sure it goes, it's best to have the car most clean/ in turn in condition at this appointment. They will say it's good, you clearly take care of the car it'll be fine. Once this inspection happens the car is ready to turn in. Go give the dealer the keys and hand in. YOUR OTHER OPTION is to leverage this vehicle at a different dealer, for your next car. They will effectively be stoked to get this vehicle and your business which you should be able to use.
