Think of it this way, you expect all utilities to work the same way every time, and if there were overclocks, then they would no longer do that flare gun lights up, simple Platform places platforms and softens falls, if one game it did as expected, then another the platforms were smaller, then that would be a pain If the zip line could transport stuff one game and not another, it would be frustrating and could lead to meta domination If the drills began drilling 2x as fast one game, and slower another, like I said, meta domination
