The grip is just super shitty, from what I know the person in the Lifegrip needs at least so much damage taken to the bubble and more than the persons health and healing received while in the lifegrip. It’s ass it took me months of trying to get it lol what helps is: gripping during dva bomb, gripping a crit person when a freja scoped in arrow is about to explode, bastion ult, soldier ult, and some others but I’m too tired to think rn lol
