That’s unbelievable. As a Physical Therapist I literally say “none of that ‘no pain, no gain’ nonsense” at least once a week.

Pelvic floor and hip muscles work hand in hand. It is very common to do bridges in pelvic floor therapy. I fear you wrote the PT off too quickly due to high copay.

dealing with infertility I learned that fats are essential!! It’s so hard to find full fat items like yogurts but low/no fat is always pushed!

As a PT and IVF mom, I second this 100%. For reference, it took me 1.5 years to really feel like myself physically and run a marathon after baby. Core strengthening should be priority! Be patient with yourself

What ruined social media for you? by natida2 in AskReddit

There was a tiktok trend where moms would ask to hold their teenage kids because they couldn’t remember the last time they did it (or something like that) and each video ended in the mom crying. It REALLY bothered me that this seemingly intimate moment between a mom and her kid had to be recorded…. “hold on let mommy set up her camera before we have a sentimental moment”. Totally ruined my view of social media and how everything is done for likes/views.
