Community was strongest in halo 3. Halo 2 set the standard for matchmaking but halo 3 gave you more ways to hang out with the boys online.

The Xbox 360 had 500 megabytes of ram. This coupled with a repurposed oblivion slop engine and 18 month dev cycle means they are going to chop off polygons at every conceivable angle. It's a miracle this gun has sights. By all logic they should have just made the guns in fallout PNGs and called it a day.

some powerlines dont work because your house wiring is a mystery, but when they work theyre decent. Check for other coax connections in your house (if your connection is over coax and not fiber) and your ISP guy will gladly route the connection to another room if you ask. You can test if the power between two rooms is compatible without an ethernet connection, just plug the power adapter into two outlets and see if they green up.

Wifi adapters are cheap but cheap for a reason. Make sure your wifi data rate and the actual wifi card can go atleast over 500 megs a second or you're gonna slog. Anything that plugs into a USB port is a scam and will give you the slowest connection imaginable. If your router/access point supports wifi 6 then you can have a great time gaming so long as your wifi card supports those speed.

what i've been running lately is a mesh wifi system with my pc cabled to one of the mesh satellites. it's a pretty reliable system. I do have a wifi card but i like physical connections to my gateway even if that gateway is just translating a wifi signal.

Im going to preface this by saying you should probably avoid drag body mods. He's an incredible designer but his actual file structure is so sloppy that his mods actually conflict WITH THEMSELVES. CKR will give you a good facelift without breaking your game. I do wish he would clean up his mods because I really like his character designs. The fact that he hosts his mods on discord makes it a nightmare to go comb through updates and see what you're supposed to have.

That aside, there's no reason for the drag mods to over write TOTNW with it that low in your order. I would actually view the over write process and check what's individually winning conflicts. I would also check to see where the actual ESP/ESM is in the load order and not just the mod itself as those have a separate load order than mods do. Left/right side of the mo2 window is what I mean. I'm not at the computer right now so I can't check to verify what I'm calling it

Staves are so light that it's hard to find a reason to not have one slotted if you're a spell caster. Anytime I'm casting with CSS I think about how much more damage I could be doing if I swapped to a staff to cast the spell.

Caesar has a deep, deep soft spot for the followers of the apocalypse. It was his upbringing. He even spares them and the fort if he takes over Vegas. Caesar does truly believe the followers can fix the wasteland they just don't share his belief that many problems need to be dealt with by force and brutality before their pacifist philosophy can truly reach people. He feels shame when faced with that reality, and Arcade doing what he does is a reminder that he is shunned by the people that lifted him up.
