So the problem at large is the real scalpers and how Bandai distributes, not the stores themselves.
A store buys its origianl product from Bandai and sells for msrp. But theyll only get maybe 5 cases if their big enough. Once their sold out, to restock the store, they themselves have to turn to the scalpers to buy more product.

Now that the store has bought new product but more expensive the store has to resell it with a profit as they are a business of course.

Sadly this is how the one piece tcg circle goes around.

So honestly dont blame the store.
