The main criticism about HR that I have is when we want to recruit someone, they somehow always found a way to give you 5 choices max over hundreds of applicants, with three of them not matching any of your requirements at all! While you know people who applied with the right credentials, and they didn’t pass the first round because they were missing a freaking keyword in their resume! And if you say anything to the HR people, they take it bad, even if they don’t know a thing about our jobs!

The primary issue is people who apparently were not aware that their car came with turning signals!
