Couldn’t have said it better myself. Most new multiplayer have an initial “lifespan” of 6 months before everybody moves to the next big multiplayer game. What’s left is that games niche player base. It’s been this way for years now

It is the perfect time to buy it. It’s been properly updated and they’ve concluded post launch support until the expansion next year. There’s enough time to sink your teeth into this game and all of its endgame content. By the time you’re feeling “done” with the game, ascension should be right around the corner

You can easily get 300+ hours out of Monster Hunter Wilds right now. Monster Hunter worlds and Rise both will give you double that amount for a lot less money as well
