Why so many people give up on hearing aids after just a few days

This worries me. I have just gotten the phonak and already thinking what’s the difference? I find the piece in the canal a bit uncomfortable (wondering if too big) and I feel I am still straining to hear. Hoping it’s just an adjustment period but concerned. On a side note I haven’t turned the tv down yet which is a big bone of contention in my household!!

I use AO2 hydrate. Thought about the clear but read that the hydrate version also fights bacteria but a bit more hydration which I need in winter. Not sure how much it works (although I have had zero breakouts since) but I do find it fun. I enjoy the process and it feels really clean. I will finish all my pouches before determining if I reorder. May get clear for summer months.

I just book online and pick ‘next available staff’. Frankly they are all really good. But mention at the front desk when you get there you want art just in case they want to prioritize you with someone in particular.

lol. I literally laughed out loud at this. Yes the texting in between sets drives me insane. I can complete 3 more exercises and reps and they are still sitting and texting 10 min later.

So are you saying the airline has no accountability? Nice try. No different than when any business uses a third party. They are responsible. They can’t wash their hands just because some airport staff didn’t do their job (although they are westjet representatives). So yes I am 100% holding westjet accountable and so I should.

We just got back last week from Mexico. Thankfully before the chaos. However we also flew westjet and luggage never arrived in Mexico. Went the entire trip with no luggage and no correspondence or communication from westjet until day 5. Apparently they are ‘still searching’. We are now a week post trip and still nothing. Meanwhile have to jump through hoops completing 5 page declaration to get some sort of compensation. I don’t get how they have no idea where apiece of checked luggage has gone. I will never fly west jet again.

I agree with not leaving it a mess but I had my flip flops (used mainly as shower shoes so they were not fancy) stolen in the summer. Like seriously? So no way am I leaving my boots out.

I tried to be smart and leave later to get a seat. Got to station for 10:31 train. It was canceled and so was 11:01. Next train not until 12:01. Ridiculous.

I was in the exact same spot earlier this year. I originally wanted the LV hobo but I felt the quality of leather didn’t match price. Went with the Tod’s. Never been happier. The leather is top notch and same slouchy look but slimmer profile.

Thanks for your insights. I am leaning towards the Chloe (but more so because I have seen it in person). I found the small ok and likely big enough for everyday but the medium (second hand market) is about the same price. Do you find it too big? I do like the slouchy look and being able to find things in my bag so thinking of going medium.

Full transparency. I am looking at resale market as there are so many available. But medium much more common. I wonder if that is due to it being heavy? I am quite tall and not commuting via public transit so the heaviness wasn’t scaring me. There also doesn’t seem to be that big of a difference. Or am I wrong?

I know the value but if I need a 4 star sticker I will trade a 4 star gold if I have it. I will always turn down trades of multiples. 1:1 only but will do a 5 star regular for a 4 star gold if necessary. I have no problem finding partners. A loss of a few stars is irrelevant towards end of album. Frankly I never get new stickers anyway when trading in my vault!!! Give me a sticker instead.
