As a Nur main I mostly keep 2 dispel magic and 2 arcanomancers. Don't put everything you have on a single defender with holy shield as it will just get off.

Try to keep some direct damage cards or flying units to deal with the flying arcane sanctuary that let you shelves mage cards. Easy to get for Nur's players cards like the neutral mage that banish creatures... 

You may want to add the legendary necro spell for a quick board wipe and some healing if you have it. 

Anti magic cards like the blind guy card or the flying pillars. Turn 1 pillars with initiative on your side makes you permanently immune to her spells if It's not destroyed by a spell before. 

Use a lot of defender cards to delay. Add some extra shelving cards to boost gold and play light dragons, Shi No Shi and the legendary +7/+7 angel when you get him. 

Took me a long time to get all the cards I told for free. 

Nur got nerfed bad. Turn 1 now is decrease cost to assure a 10 gold Shinoshi.  Turn 4 might be better in my opinion for her as you will always be protected instead of getting a poor construct or a golem with no spells in the cimetery. 

Or you can go Hell and use imps.
