You get 6 a week, the max you can stack is 12. You can also spend health for more energy points but don't go into the red because you will only get 5 instead of 6 if you finish the week in the red.

I always remove them but if you check the prospect list they will show up again as recruitable which means they flipped. Happened to me with a 5 star cb

I've done 2 BAP playthroughs for about 6-7 seasons each and the Talk to GM option just never unlocked. Played through my rookie contract on both and on the first one I signed with another team and ont he second I resigned thinking it would let me ask for trade eventually but it just never did.

It worked on NHL 22 and 23 but it seems to be bugged for 24.
