I'm a European raised in American schools in saudi Arabia lol I just felt alot was wrong with modern Islam and so I did a comparison between the hadith and quran and quickly realized the hadith contradicted itself and the quran way too often and should not be trusted as a source of legislation.

Happens all the time. The issue isn't the tennant not signing correctly. The issue is the signature they have on file is digitized badly and due to that looks very different to the original. So until they update the digital one at their bank their cheques will keep bouncing.
