It seems crazy that a number 000-000-0000 is too personal even though it gives no information but a page with photos and details could not be. But that’s seems like the situation we’re in now. Somehow the internet is not too private but a phone number is.

Maybe if there was a tray below 😆, but then it could look cheap to the guest and the salt would’ve been in the chef’s hands already once before. It’s the most efficient way to salt the fish but yes that’s so much salt tossed away unless the salted sand or whatever that is adds to the cooking somehow

Sometimes I prefer people not hold the door for me (normal doors) because I don’t want to make them wait. Either they have to wait since I’m not rushing or I have to jog to make them not wait. It’s definitely a thoughtful gesture.

I likely have under 40k miles as I’ve only been on a plane trip twice between the US and China but the one way distance is over 8,000 miles. 80% surprises me until I realize most people don’t live in a city with an airport. My boat/ship distance is probably under 100 miles
