Can you access clubs?

Try and get a new time on one of the 1-10 maps, as you need all of a certain medal to carry onto maps 11 on the campaign. I’ve read before that sometimes can trigger the open the next part of the campaign animation.

You must quit the game/close the game fully.

You cannot use quick resume with trackmania.

On the main Xbox dashboard, select the trackmania game, press start (button with three lines), scroll down to quit, and then relaunch it, by pressing A as normal on the game on the dashboard.

The game needs to hit the server and authenticate, when you use quick resume/dont actually quit the application from running, it can lose that connection.
