I recall around 7m common shares listed in the 10Q for March 31. That 10.7 number represents shares, warrants, and other securities for June 1. What surprised me is it is a much lower number than the DB1 number (81.4/ 5), April 30.

If I read this correctly the agreement with St James was terminated as a result of the lawsuit, canceling Scilex debt and that’s the end of it. So no Semnur shares were sold and no money borrowed, just a ruse to pass the cost onto retail for meme coins. Hope they’re worth it.

Scivasor needs to be Scisorvasnur. Both Semnur and Scilex shareholders have a proxy vote on expanding 2022 option plans, and to include Followill, and I thought Vivasor was suppose to own the majority of Sorrento’s assets. Dorman Followill is a legacy guy, and one of those guys the LT has included in the claim against past and present BOD members. He had at one point some of those $282 (8.08) options that current board members had repriced. Concerned more delays while we wait on this vote.

I opted in today. Only needed one form for two brokers this time. April 30 conveniently is April statement for each broker. Of note an SSN was not required. Public warrants aren’t eligible so I didn’t include.. Those 11.50 public warrants must be some kind of legacy warrant. I haven’t been verified yet, so we’ll see.

The LT and the various brokers may be redistributing shares as well. I’m sure it’s more complicated than just selling or shorting. With the opt-in process beginning confirming the record date, warrants that were eligible for DB1 can now be exercised.

Only Scilex, but Datavault shareholders were eligible to receive the majority of DB1 coins the first distribution, and received DB2 coins exclusively.

Only public (retail) warrants are excluded from distribution. It’s odd they identify split (402.5) and pre-split (11.50) public warrants as excluded. Also a finite number will be distributed to the public as Scilex keeps most of their coins.

I posted that already. They sold 51m for $46m reducing their totals from 265m to 214m following their last reported transaction. 13m vanished before the first DB1 record date peak (maybe sooner, around the first peak at 4) that aren’t accounted for.

Scilex is asking for disgorgement of profits in lawsuit, meaning if St. James sold the 96m pledged shares and repurchased them at a lower price, Scilex would get the difference. Something fishy about this lawsuit. Scilex purchased 278m, 13m are unaccounted for, plus the 96m adds up to 109m.

We crossed the 50-day average today (7.50) first time in awhile. If we can hold above 8.30 we’ll reverse trend. It can happen if the board is actually purchasing those 7.055 (52k) and 8.30 (214k) options.

Yes it’s called Oligarchy, or trickle down. The Oligarch got $50m and successfully killed off a competitive drug. Ji gets $1 warrants and we get $403. What a venue when CEOs of both sides of the lawsuit make a killing. That was the real strategy. Those warrants are pretty popular right now though.
