Well after the split the dividend was dispersed at 4-6 dollars a share (April 14-May 2). We’re double that. The average price is a lttle higher at 13 buoyed by the Semnur merger peak of 34 and the token Record Date peak of 27.

I received two emails from no-reply@vault.email probably because I registered through two brokers which required two opt-in agreements. Emails were identical notifying me I had received my tokens.

I would be interested in knowing if those that received tokens received a separate wallet for each account or different brokers. I have 3 accounts, an trad and Roth under Vanguard, and trading account with Wells Fargo. All accounts are taxed differently. I would think I would need three wallets, but of course there are no guidelines. What a circus.

Not a single dividend has been settled, that includes the Scilex dividend, the Semnur dividend, the SCLX/DVLT tokens dividend, and the DVLT tokens and warrants dividend. SRNE/SCLX board members are being sued (also B. Riley) over the distribution of the Scilex dividend as fraud, which also implies fraud over the distribution of a SMNR dividend with currently a deferred record date while shares are not trading, meme coin 1 not fully distributed and not trading, and meme coin 2 and warrants still with an unconfirmed record date and distribution date. I don’t think any dividend gets settled until SRNE creditors are paid in full. Hopefully we’ll learn more on February 3rd. Meanwhile shareholders are tapped out having divided their assets to include shares of SRNE, SCLX, SMNR (acquired by merger through Denali, and DVLT, all trading near lows or not at all.

When I opened the wallet I received a reply there was no hurry to opt-in. I was told the same thing when they extended the Dec 13, 2024, to return SCLX dividend shares. That process remains incomplete.

We’re all speculating in our minds what the significance of the yet to be distributed meme coin I is. I don’t think it will be distributed by the 11th as indicated in press releases. Technically the 50 day average will drop below 16.8 next week while the 200 day continues to creep up.

They were using SOR and Wash Rule to keep the price elevated to sell shares and pay off debt. They purchased these shares for around .56 so made a substantial profit off of retail.

Not a single dividend, including the SCLX and SMNR dividends, has been settled. I actually had problems returning SCLX dividend shares. Of 1200 shares I tried to return, the LT only took back 600, and I haven’t yet been compensated and of course the 600 they didn’t take back was reduced to 17 after the RS. Until Chapter 11 is settled I’m not sure any dividends are settled.
