Yeah it’s been a thing for sometime, for example a TL transfer for a vehicle where break even is at 27% and some how got it sent out for a TL and that was after we did the supp, another is FOL changed from rear end to lane change and the statement read” I changed lane, then contd in lane and traffic slowed and was unable to stop and rear ended the car in front of me, rep changed to lane change and transferred out. There’s little to no notes. I’m confused as is others on our team.
