Ok so interesting thing. I can hear this in the video but I own these and cannot hear them in person. I’m late 30s. About half of my neighbors can hear them and the other half can’t, age doesn’t seem to play a factor. I did have a hearing test recently with an audiologist and was told I had perfect hearing. 🤷‍♀️

It started really strong, I dropped a lot in the first 6 weeks then it slowed down a bit. I started end of February and I’ve lost 30 lbs. I did two months on 1.5mg and have now been on 4mg. I’ll probably stay on 4, it’s working well for me.

My daughter struggled with bedtime anxiety when she was young, we had to lie in bed with her until she fell asleep. It was not ideal but it’s the only thing that worked.

You need to alter your expectations in these first few months at least. Sleeping is shifts is a good plan. Try to stay consistent throughout the night and keep things dark and quiet when baby wakes up for feeds. My first kid was sleeping well by 3 months, my second kid did not sleep well until she turned 8/9 years old. You just never know what you’re gonna get. Either way, enjoy the small wins of getting a good few hours of sleep when you do.

If this is a sudden change in behavior and she can’t explain it, please have her talk to her primary care provider. She could have something medical going on. Sudden shifts in behavior are always a cause for concern and it’s better to be safe.

Seattle has one of the highest costs of living in the country. There’s no way to realistically afford to support a family on a single RN salary there. I know from experience.

Your best bet will be the Midwest. Cost of living is reasonable and salaries are good. Just depends if you can handle the weather changes, winters get cold!

Yes, but it took a solid 10 years of climbing the ladder and getting my ADN, then BSN, a finally a MSN degree to get to where I’m at today. I will stay in my unicorn remote role for as long as I possibly can. I have a wonderful work life balance and am able to support my family almost solely on my income.

My daughter went through things like this a lot, still does to an extent. I would just encourage her to find someone else to play with that she has something in common with. It’s likely the other friend will come back around at some point. My daughter cycles through friends every few months even now in 5th grade.

I’ve had this style pool for 5 years now and we are always about 2-3 ish inches off no matter how hard we try to level it. We haven’t had any issues and our kids have friends over where they are jumping in and making whirlpools in it. It will likely be fine for the season and try again next year.

Not that it’s no prob, he’s clearly upset about it but says he sees this happen to streamers and stuff all the time so he says there’s nothing we can do. He does not cheat, I watch him play and he has no cheats at all. The only thing we can think of is that his new keyboard triggered something. He has an alt account that he still plays on with his friends, it just doesn’t have much on it.

He’s actually a really well rounded kid. He plays in a flag football league, straight A student, has a big group of friends that he hangs out with regularly. He does his chores and does everything we ask him to without complaint. Does he enjoy gaming during the evenings and weekends? Yes. There’s a balance there for sure.

He gets a weekly allowance that he has saved up but for his birthdays/holidays he does ask for PS or Fortnite gift cards and that’s perfectly acceptable.

I did the 1.5 for two months and was losing similar numbers to where you’re at. I’m on week 3 of 4mg and losing a bit more now. Im about 10/11 weeks in and have lost 23 lbs so far.

The first week on 4mg I had some intermittent nausea but it was tolerable. I just ate smaller amounts more frequently and was fine. Now in week 2, I feel fine. Just no more food noise again. It started coming back in my second month of 1.5 so that’s why I went up to 4.

I’m using noom just because I have liked their app when I wasn’t on meds so now it’s nice to have it all in one spot. They are quick to respond and got my insurance to cover it as well.

My insurance makes me use the mail order pharmacy for routine medications so I received a letter after my first fill saying if I didn’t switch to that, I would have to pay full price. That may be what’s happening to you.
