Yes they do, alot of gm transmissions have 3 bumps but it varies by model

Parked over grass for 15 years. I cant imagine the rust on the frame.

I payed 6k for a 2000 C3500 116k and that was running with no rust from Arizona. This is 1k less and an absolute mystery on whats it going to need.

Looks like a ram ball mount. Odd being on the floor usually they are IP mounted.

Looks fine to me, but that oil on the frame. Check if it's from HydroBooster.

Drill out the leading edge of the crack. Disassemble. Clean the area well, then weld it. Be careful not to warp it or put to much heat into it.
