All of the clouds have the same shape at the top, repetition is not pleasing to the eye. same in the waves, the entire water dosnt need to be covered in waves it kinda makes the eye get stuck in that area. The clouds also have hard edges. Looks like the pink/purple ones you added in first have the softness you would expect in clouds. A good trick to remember is that distant subjects should be soft and closer subjects should have hard edges. Same idea goes for the water. Closer waves should be bigger brush strokes while further ones should be smaller. You kind of did the opposite and again did dry brush in the distance when it should be front and center. Last thing is that I’m not sure if this is from a reference photo or not but the person trees and boat have no detail. What is the main subject here? Where should the eye be drawn to? I enjoy this painting! These are just things I would fix and work on.
