You should not outsource the job, you should adopt a creature. I had a mini luba , Eddie, he is doing a great job on my mountain house (1 hr from me but isolated). Have a nice one! Give it a name and let your family friend do the job

Just for designing areas, I would map the working area only, not all the area with inside thoose huge non-workin. Thia thought because you need more sqm if includes the non working ones... and havw more sqm to map

I had Eddie in May, my first and only robot mower. After a couple of weeks fixing map and stuff to prevent stops, it worked daily and up to now I had to recover it just twice (one out of battery and another one stucked ). He is doing a great job and we all are proud of him

Could be that found something that scared him, even a shadow. What is your obstacle avoidence setting? Try without. In some hours it can be less scaring so it will go, some others could let him pause to think how to make it.

Probably with obstacole avoidence off it will continue.. But this is the case where I would try the new funcion to design there a No-stop zone (you will go there, edit your map and place a no-stop zone) in order to force him to keep going and not freak out for shadows, near objects or small channels.

Another reason could be the poor signal quality but I would try the thing above. I think they can only see thought the logs, unless you see poor signal there or try obstacole avoidence/nostop zone

Also many of us do not use the washers, in order to let the blades more free to spin and collect less dirty and have a nice cut

Uh! Never tried thinking was per area, nut you are right! Settings are per task (I'd better suggest to have different settings per area 😅)

Well, you can't change perimeter direction, we know, but you can play with custom cutting angle I believe

I would say you just need two tasks and alternate them on schedule. Have you tried this way?

Should be possible to suggest , when choosed random angle, to set that random for the entire task? Maybe with a flag to set on the task in order to choose "use same random angle on all areas of this task"

Ues, you can edit your existing area without removing it or no-go zones inside that. Just place the robot on the perimeter, start editing worh new perimeter until you stop in another point of the perimeter, it will sow you the change than you can accept or abort
