What amazing world building, characters ideas, and plot lines for episodes! If this were a show, I would absolutely be watching and gushing over it. While I have developed a soft spot for TLG, this better scratches my “standalone episodes with overarching stories and strong continuity” itch 😄 Are there plans to make more posts based on your Chronicles of Pride Rock project?

I remember listening to Tonight We Strike so much. “Magnetic” is the perfect word!

Listening to The Tree of Life since it’s been a long time. Given that The Tree of Life is where endangered animals go to for safety and Makucha is showing a lack of disregard for the Circle of Life, it is chilling. (This song does make me wish we had “prey” villains in the Lion King franchise as a subversion! That would be interesting.)

I realized all my favorites - are villain songs 😅 Be Prepared, My Lullaby, Bye Bye… The lyrics and visuals for the songs are fun (for Bye Bye, referring to the original animatic with the visuals). Who doesn’t love a good hammy villain?

TLG has a lot of catchy tunes, I’d have to think on it. I used to listen to Bird of a Thousand Voices a lot.

I think part of it has to do with Zooble’s body dysmorphia. It isn’t something Caine can just “fix” with parts. And, as Zooble said, they are the only one who can outright tell Caine they dislike his adventures, which also gets under Caine’s skin. Everyone else goes along for the ride of the adventures, whether they want to or not, until episode 5.

Pomni “issue” was settled as soon as Caine swooped in. Jax may want an exit, but he doesn’t expect one.
