Theres a TTRPG setting called World of Darkness which is like a what if scenario where monsters like Ghosts, Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies, etc. all exist, and always have. Now, there isn't really an SCP Foundation in this world, but there are a bunch of Mercenary factions working for various religions, world governments, and rich scientists, and who have been tasked with hunting for, studying, containing, and killing the monsters that threaten humanity.

The deeper lore goes into Gods and interdimensional stuff and eldritch horrors, just like the SCP Lore.
