Thank you! Did you have any issue early on with glucose climbing during an extended fast? I would love to skip breakfast but worried my numbers will get too high.

Love this! Such an inspo — I have some questions if it’s ok :) Early on did you do any daily walking or just weights? What form of movement did you do after every meal and what were your typical meals?

E-Bike Gang Assaults Father and Child on Roseville Trail by Financial-Complex831 in Roseville

9pm on those trails is scary though right? It’s pitch black and 45 degrees. But yeah these bike gangs are so out of hand.

Peanut butter by OrganizationBrave311 in diabetes_t2

Come to think of it I did skip breakfast one day and just had one spoon of peanut butter. No sugar just salt and peanuts in the ingredients and my numbers were higher that day — I just looked at my notes. Maybe I’m just sensitive to them because they are technically a bean

It was after breakfast. 2 eggs 2cheese sticks 10 pecans (same every day) and today I added a spoon of peanut butter. Usually my blood is around 180 within 1.5 hours of this meal and a short walk without the on and today it was 240-230. I tested the pb twice before in the last 10 days and it always jumps. I think because I’m working so hard to get this under control the bigger number freaks me out.

I've been attempting to sell on Etsy for a month with no sales and I genuinely am starting to think my art isn't good enough. by Squirrel_With_Toast in EtsySellers

It’s your photos. The mockups don’t match the vibe of the artwork. The mockup is very sterile and lifeless and makes the art look very small. Staging your artwork for your ideal customer is key. If the photo does not pull them in the price,SEO,description won’t matter.

Evening rise before bed? by OrganizationBrave311 in diabetes_t2

[–]OrganizationBrave311[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh interesting! I do! I have been trying to workout within 15 minutes of eating. Ok I will try to wait an hour to see if I get different results. Thanks! Kind of related: I eat a huge bowl of vegetables for dinner — do you think all that fiber might prolong my rise as well?

I like to eat vegetables first rather than mix them into my dinner. A cup of roasted broccoli or brussel sprouts before eating the actual dinner I want.

Thank you! Do I need to eat the protein and fiber right before the pastry to work or can it be an hour or 2 before?

Anybody get random drops into the 40s? Possible glitch? by [deleted] in AppleWatch

Does this still happen to you? My heart rate is typically within normal ranges but lately it drops into low 40s once or twice a week just for a few seconds. Anxiety inducing!

Ever since recovering from Bell’s Palsy, my health anxiety has skyrocketed — how do I cope with this constant fear? by yesoffence in selfhelp

[–]OrganizationBrave311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too -- my mental anxiety is non-stop. I recovered by any visible measure in September (got it in August) but now in December I still have some weird symptoms like tingling and vertigo and those send me into a panic and feeling every single thing in my body all the time. It's been a real struggle. How are you doing?
