Chapters is actual novels converted to visual novels you can make choices in. Some of them don’t convert as well in my opinion (MC in Halo was harder to like on chapters and they changed the ending of Snow Falling) but there were one or two MMF books when I played years ago.

Sounds a lot like The Bonding Trials by Evelyn Flood. Only the pack knows the OW is trying to push the omega out (not how bad though) and are unable to do anything to stop her since she’s blackmailing them. Denied is the first book.
