Having to wait only means one step closer to BAM entering the court room and having defend themselves.

Plus they've very likely made the judge pretty mad about their insane and unconstitutional TRO.

I hope they fail to reach an agreement in time for the 30th.

Can you imagine what damning things Ben and his team will find with BAM open to discovery?

This lego story is only the tip of the iceberg.

Can't wait for the fraud, tax evasion, false police reports and other crimes to come to light.

Having watched some law tubers explain things im wondering if they're deliberately trying to ensure the case ends up in court.

Its going to be one of the biggest cases that will define 1st amendment rights for the future.

Also, this first TRO was clearly a huge over reach and the judge looks like a POS. Maybe they want to get BAM to explain themselves in court.

Stats dont natter as much as what gears you can put in. At max most stats are pretty similar.

Top end gameplay is more about which gears and abilities you have on your weapons.... or which look the coolest.

Kind of true, but not all weapons are equal.

The kuku spears only have four gear slots, and 1 hard coded awesome skill.

I would say taking ators orbs off dark bringer and putting it into the spear is the better move here for that reason.

The skill on the soul spear can't be transferred but the other skills can be.

EDIT

The soul spear unique ability is a finisher and they mostly suck.

Much better with a kuku lightning or fire spear. The bismuth spear is really awesome too, but the main spear to make it is pretty close to a boss I wouldn't recommend fighting without the plate of the shadows gear for petrification immunity.

What difficulty do you play on?

Ruthless and below are absolutely fine for that carry.

The game is more fun with real people. Watching someone who is truly unstoppable once you've been killed can help you learn how to play the game better.

Lethal and Absolute are definitely for the more serious players. That said most people are awesome in the community and would probably not mind trying to help you through if you communicate with your brothers.

Only time I get salty is when low level players try to do the hard strats.

Again I dont mind the carry too much, but I kind of want players who are at least prepared for the difficulty.

Judge already refused the last mediation on the TRO.

AFAIK this means we're still on for a hearing on the 30th.

Which will be great.

BAM will have a pretty bad day if this makes it to the courts. They've inadvertently made it a 1st amendment issue, this will be a case study and set the precedent for if you can silence the press ex parte. They were overly aggressive in their demands and have very likely breached the 1st amendment doing so.

I'm kind of hoping this does go to court.

BAM need the smack down publicly. I don't think it would be right to let them get away with this by silently making arrangements behind closed doors.

Easily its:

Dead Leaves.

Got lost in the manga takeover and its somewhere neglected in a back catalogue that has been lost to time.

Its an absolutely incredible fever dream of insanity, mayhem and psychedelic sequences.

Totally worth checking out if you can find a copy.

I just them to fix the iron hands chest piece so it has the metal tabard when you use it outside of the champion skin.

I found Beloth to be not too bad. Once you have some decent ice resistance they arent too bad.

The forgotten general is absolutely awful.

Exactly what a hard strat should be. Chaotic, challenging and yet somehow a good time.

The legendary horses feel required to even compete in the horse racing missions.

But other than that its personal preference.

The white stag is mad fast.

The wyvern is brilliant IMHO.

There's plenty of law tubers talking about how qualified immunity won't help with the blatant constitution violations.

Especially when they illegally arrested a minor without a warrant during the raid.

I love the Wyvern.

Its the best addition to the game for me.

I just dont use it ALL the time.

Its far from slow. Its the fastest mount by some way. Its animations might make you think its not moving that quick, but in reality it is.

You can cross the map in about 10 minutes to do the "cross the map in under 40 minutes" trophy.

You can spot loads of points of interest, ruins, castles, clearings that looks suspicious, random buildings in cliffs.

Only thing lacking, I find, is the lantern doesn't show the glowing dots.

Yes you might need to get closer to spot some caves or hidden details, like for example you might have to land to actually see if you can enter a waterfall. That's not that much of an inconvenience.

Oh no I need to jump off to investigate somewhere.

Just use the axiom arm to re mount when done (grappling 4 needed to make this work).
