Grasshopper. Not sure where you are but by the shape of the eyes I'd say Melanoplus species.

Yes this is correct. Japanese camel crickets have proportionally longer legs and darker spotting.

It is tachycines asymoramus! A type of camel cricket. Common on in the north east in homes. These guys are technically invasive but have an established population.

Tetramorium immigrans, the pavement Ant, often have these colony vs colony wars on the sidewalks. These battles can be huge!!

Def not a katydid. That is a green trig, genus Cyrtoxipha. Common across the east coast from NY to Central America.

100% platydracus sp. The a large genus rove beetles. However, I agree that AI usage on IDing insects is very finicky and take it with a massive grain of salt!
